I arrived here in the Philippines last December 27 around 2 am in the morning. I was so tired at that time but I was also excited to meet new friends I met 3 friends in CIA Camp. They are Lisa. Angelina and Crystal who I met first.

                I joined CIA camp to speak English better and to have great experiences in Philippines as well. In the first place. this is what my parents wanted for me and for my sister Hera who is also studying here in CIA Camp.

                In my seven weeks of staying here in the camp. I’ve had countless of memorable experiences. To mention some. the first adventure was snorkeling. It was such a challenging and fantastic activity. Second is the city tour where I had gone to historical places in Cebu like Fort San Pedro. We also explore the kingdom of crocodiles. “Crocolandia”. Third. we went to SM Mall. I bought many snacks and had my lunch there. Fourth activity is the home visit. We visited Teacher Chinky’s house. It was fun meeting young Filipino boys and girls. They were amazing! Actually we had more activities than what I had written here and I can say that they were all equally awesome experiences. But the most unforgettable one is he Edge Coaster ride at Crown Regency. It was my first time riding that kind of ride. It was a little bit scary but as the time passed by. I had enjoyed it. I couldn’t forget the face of one of the Filipino staffs. Teacher Rotchen. She was really scared and she shouted for a help from her mom when she was riding the edge coaster.

                Aside from the different activities we had. I can never forget the learning I had upon studying here in the camp. I have improved my speaking skill and I have gained my confidence in dealing with other people. Not only that. I also have enhanced my reading skill. I am thankful to all my teachers.

                Finally. I will be going home this week and I’m quite sad because I could no longer see my friends and teachers. But I am also excited to see my family because I missed them so much.

                I want to join CIA Camp again because I’ve had a very fun time in here and I want to see my friends and teachers again in the future. Thank You!
