• Based on 22 years of experience in running camps, we have established a comprehensive safety management system to ensure the well-being of our students. This safety system is designed to respond quickly and effectively to any emergencies that may occur during the camp period.

  A nurse is on duty 24 hours a day in two shifts, checking on the students' headcount and their conditions in their dorm rooms every 1.5 to 2 hours.

  Health check forms are regularly collected from students to monitor their conditions and individual needs.

  Provides fresh and healthy menu every day with food materials selected By nutrition teachers (02:00 AM : purchase food materials for next day every day)

  Camp teacher in charge of 12~15 persons are taking in charge of 10~12 students (personal consulting and check personal details 1~2 times a week)

  Taking the advantage of operation of local language academy, the academy specialized operation team is involved in the camp and supports instructors and teaching materials.

  Hotel security guards work at the main gate of hotel 24 hours by 2 shifts

  Through in-house pest control conducted at the hotel, we improve the living conditions for the children by protecting them from mosquitoes, insects, and other pests.

Morning regular schedule



• 07 : 50 AM – The guardian wakes the students up and encourages them to wash. Guardians let the students make their bed after wash.
• 08 : 00 AM – The guardian led the students to safely go outside for morning exercise.
  After the exercise, attendance is taken, and the guardian teachers accompany the students to the dining area.
  After washing their hands, the students are lined up in order to receive their meals, and the guardian teachers eat with the students

Night regular schedule



• 19 : 00 PM – After dinner, the guardians guide them to go to their classrooms.
• 20 : 00 PM – All guardian teachers observe and record students' daily lives. Then they attend a meeting to report on various student-related matters (e.g., facility issues, laundry, etc.). The schedule for the next day is also announced during this time.
• 21 : 00 PM – Guardians distributes snacks, which happens three times a week.
• 22 : 00 PM – Teachers will take a roll. Guardian teachers guide and instruct students beforehand on how roll call is done. Students will fill out their laundry list, which is checked by the guardians before bedtime.
